Shipping

To reduce emissions, I organise weekly courier collections. Please allow up to 2 weeks for dispatch after purchasing. 

In the UK I use Transglobal (Fedex +. DHL) depending on the service that suits best for your location. 

For international deliveries I use Transglobal Shipping (Fedex and DHL), the customer is responsible for any Taxes or duties due when the package enters the destination country. You will be contacted by the courier with more details. 

Once you've placed your order, we'll be in touch to confirm its dispatch and provide you with tracking or courier arrangements.

Please note that custom delays are out of my control so please allow plenty of time when ordering. 

US SHIPPING

I have been advised that original artwork is exempt from US tarifs. There may be delays to your order as a result of customs delays. Please note that this is out of my hands. You will be sent a tracking number on dispatch but please don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any issues and I will do my best to help. 

Collection 

You are more than welcome to collect your pot from my little home studio in West London. Collection times are strictly by appointment only.

Once you have placed your order and it's ready to collect, I will contact you by email to arrange a suitable time. 

My studio is in Shepherd's Bush, W12.

Parking is available on Aldbourne during the day for a fee (RingGo) or is free on weekends and after 6pm.
